October, 1996 – December, 1999: Project Manager, Forestry Research Support in Tanzania (FORST) Project (A 3.5 years Project Funded by the Government of Finland to strengthen TAFORI’s RESEARCH CAPACITY).

January, 1998 – October 16,1998: Acting Director General Tanzania Forestry Research Institute (TAFORI).

May, 1994 – 30 September, 1996: Program Manager National Tree Seed Program (NTSP), Morogoro. (A Project funded by DANIDA to enhance Tanzania ’s capacity to procure and distribute tree seeds to speed up afforestation).
